Switching accountants is easy and straight-forward. Our team can guide you through the process, step-by-step. You will usually just need to write to your current accountant to inform them that you have appointed FLB Accountants. Our team will then contact them to collect your records.

We can handle all your bookkeeping requirements, and our fees normally include the provision of required bookkeeping software.

Yes absolutely. If you are a company owner, you will need to produce annual statutory accounts to be filed with Companies House. We can prepare annual accounts for you, based on your bookkeeping records. We would of course recommend using an accountant to manage your bookkeeping and year end accounts to ensure you have accurate financial records – but that’s your choice.

For most of our clients we use Xero to maintain financial records. We of course work with all of the major accounting systems.

You should retain financial records for a minimum of 7 years. If you are working with FLB, we will of course retain records for you for any work we are managing.
